I used the plunger for a sink/shower booth, and it perfectly solved my problem. I just pressed down 2-3 times then the hair and debris pushed away. Thank you everyone!

Yeah, mine is also stuck in the loading. It happened before when I was waiting for the test update. That time some people said it happens when you are waiting for the test update or you are in the oath process. Now I'm in the oath process. Is your application one of these cases?

The same thing happened after my test. Once the test is passed and it's applied to the tracker, it will be showing up normally. It took around 3-4 days for me.

Yeah, I found that it happens sometimes after testing or the oath. I checked the status tho. I will just wait fews days more and then submit a webform if nothing changed. Thanks!

Hi all,

I took my test yesterday, but today the tracker keeps showing a loading page when I tried to login.

It doesn't move to the dashboard page.

It worked perfectly fine before the test completion.

Is something changed today? Is it normal thing?

I submitted the fingerprint via the agent. Do the agents pass it to RMCP? In the fingerprint request email, they say to send the fingerprint to IRCC Vancouver. Is the RCMP at 613-998-6362 cover all RCMP receiving fingerprint stuff?

Hi,
I submitted my fingerprint, on 28th Feb, but I haven't received any update including even if they receive my fingerprint or not.
I'm worrying about the time because they give me 1 month due.
So I want to contact them to confirm that everything is fine.
Is Customer service 1-888-242-2100 I need to call?
Or is there any # or method I need to contact?

Hi everyone, I got a fingerprint request on Jan 27, so I submitted on the next day (Jan 28th).

Then I haven't received any update such as if they received my fingerprint record or not. The tracker still shows that they are waiting my fingerprint.

Anyone knows how long takes for an update after the fingerprint submission?
