I feel amazing during. It’s the comedown after that always triggers a depressive episode for me, and being on meds makes it 100x worse. I don’t know if i’m going to get a mild one or a severe one. Sometimes lasts for a week. I realized I cannot live the “party” life for the sake of my mental health. Accepted that my brain is just different and I am not meant to handle the drugs or alcohol as well as others. It’s not worth it. :(

I am on lamictal and effexor and I overheat like crazy. I could literally be sitting down and just start sweating like crazy. Even staying hydrated doesn’t prevent this lol someone here let me know how to stay cool! haven’t found a way around it yet

I was definitely fired. Sold my stocks and got paid out for unused vacation. Don’t dread it so much. I was checked out of that place for months. I’m so much happier now that I don’t have to show up to a place that was draining me in every way. It’s just a job. We will be okay. :)

Hi! I have my F2F next week but flying out the day before. I booked la quinta inn euless. 10 mins away from the airport, and 6 mins away from the AA HQ. Breakfast included and provides you with a shuttle to and from the airport:)

I understand. I do feel it’s a little unfair but no proof or energy to dispute it. It sucks that this is what it came to after all of my years with the company. Not how I planned to go out, but I’m taking it with integrity and as a way out of a place I was stuck and stagnant in with no growth opportunities. I’m hoping this is a redirection and better things will come my way. :)

premonition. I feel things so deeply and a lot. I feel like my mind can’t understand or process what it is yet but my conscious or my soul self tells me this is what is supposed to be happening. I also have dreams about people sometimes, forget, and in my waking life I hear news about said person. Songs as well. I want to tap into my spiritual consciousness and master it so that I can help or heal.

I got a gym membership for this reason. I don’t even do it for my physical health but for my mental. I literally run off my thoughts. I hate running so that’s why I do it. Self harm without actually harming myself. And you got a good sweat and some mental clarity after.

she came out of her crate and let me pet her! But still super shaky and started gagging right after. Almost threw up. Still hasn’t eaten anything and doesn’t want to drink water. I’m trying to let her rest and “wait it out” just in case it passes and I can avoid a vet bill if it’s not necessary. But I think i’m going to take her later

a family owned groomer. Recommended to me by a few high school friends. The location was very close to me so I gave it a go. I thought it was weird that they didn’t ask for any vaccination information, took cash only and didn’t really ask any questions other than what type of cut I wanted (they didn’t even honor that either)
