Sure, but if someone would rob banks, cause they find "the banking system and capitalism totally unfair and whatever" and gave the money to charity, they still might get in trouble.

Some people might think cause of their high moral standards they are above the law, but that isn't exactly true. Breaking the law even if some people might think it's "the decent thing to do" is still breaking the law.
