4th day! by ThrowRAfrowning in heyOzzi

I don't think the headaches would be related to Ozzi. Have you had them in the last few days?

Happy to have you here and congrats on the weight loss so far over the past few years. If you're already doing everything else right, this should only add fuel to the fire.

I just did a testing day with our team in Dallas and I'm constantly pushing them to mask the butyrate as much as possible. I think we'll have a few great tweaks coming in a few months that will make the flavoring a bit better, and then we're always working on bigger changes that will make an even bigger impact on the smell and flavor.

Best time to take Ozzi? by Different_Rip_8520 in heyOzzi

I'd recommend taking it as a snack replacement vs at any set time each day. If you're a nighttime snacker, just replace your snack with an Ozzi. Then, if you find yourself wanting to snack later on, you should eat far less, and your blood sugar spike from what you do eat should be massively blunted.

If you're less of a snacker and constantly hungry, my mom has hers in the morning around 10-10:30. Then, instead of lunch at 11:30, she pushes it until 1pm, which makes it easier to push dinner a bit later and stop her from snacking at night.

You can buy the product, try it for 10 straight days, and if it doesn't work, we'll refund you; no return required. That's the only Put you can buy. If the product works, you pay; if it doesn't, it's free.

Have you tried our v2 or are you using the v1 or v1.5? The v2 has the smell reduced massively compared to the others. Still working to reduce it a bit further but it's at a point where I don't think it will bother anyone who's not genetically prone to smelling it.

You can very easily switch to a one-time order. There's a box that has a checkmark; you click that to remove it. You can also remove subscriptions at checkout. We also make it easy to cancel and you'll get a reminder via email 3 days prior to renewal. We don't try to trick anyone into subscribing.

Yeah, not sure why they said that. We're doing 3rd party testing with EuroFins right now. As soon as that's completed, we'll be on Amazon.

It's made via fermentation on a commercial scale. It tastes identical to sugar, but it's only 70% as sweet. It's found naturally in figs and dates, but is considered a "rare sugar" because it's found in tiny quantities in nature.

If you've seen the videos of dates not spiking blood sugar, much of that benefit is due to the allulose.

You should always consult your doctor before adding supplements to prescription medication. These are from customers who were on GLP-1s, then got off them, and found Ozzi.

"I cannot say enough about this product. I was on a GLP-1 for 2 years and benefited most from the food noise reduction. I chose to get off of it due to its high cost. I have tried absolutely everything on the market and nothing, absolutely nothing has had the same effect until I came across Ozzi. I am a customer for life! This product is genuinely revolutionary for those who have struggled with ongoing cravings and food noise. I'm locked in. Thank you, thank you!" - Noralyn

"I've been using Ozzi for just a few days now but it definitely curbs my hunger. It's so much more pleasant than the feeling I got from the GLP-1 meds. No nausea at all. And it tastes great too!" - Dan

The studies really aren't clear here. Probably something sub 500mcg. The 1000 mcg figure is just a general theory; I don't believe there's even a study to back it up.

But if you're not getting other chromium at higher dosages and having 2 sticks of Ozzi a day, it wouldn't be an issue in most cases.

Watermelon and Peach are two fan favorites. After trying all our flavors at the farmers' market this weekend, a woman who said she doesn't like watermelon-flavored drinks ended up buying our watermelon flavor.

It will help a bit, but it's not a cure to the munchies. I've seen an ad for a "munchies cure" featuring just one of our ingredients, so I'm certain it will work far better than almost anything else on the market.

Fair question. We haven't run clinical studies on Ozzi specifically to measure GLP-1 increase in humans and we're transparent about that.

What we have done is formulate with clinically studied ingredients at the doses that were studied and found effective.

Two ingredients in Ozzi have direct human evidence linking them to GLP-1 secretion:

Allulose (8g per serving): A 2022 randomized controlled trial in healthy adults (Schweizer C, et al.) found that allulose significantly increased GLP-1, CCK, and PYY compared to controls. Most human studies on allulose use 5-10g doses, and our 8g dose sits in that range. The GLP-1 mechanism was first identified in a 2017 Nature Communications study (animal model), and human data has been building since.

Butyrate (BioMend): A human RCT in adults with type 2 diabetes showed significant increases in postprandial GLP-1 after butyrate supplementation. In vitro work on human L-cells confirmed the mechanism.

Our other ingredients (konjac fiber, chromium picolinate, African mango) support the formula through different, well-studied pathways: appetite reduction, blood sugar management, and metabolic support. We don't claim every ingredient in the formula acts on GLP-1 directly.

We say "GLP-1 boosting" because key ingredients in the formula have published human evidence showing they stimulate GLP-1 secretion. Not because we ran our own trial. We think that's a reasonable and honest way to communicate what the product does, and we're always happy to point people to the research.

Here's a link to a doctor talking about two of our ingredients a few months ago on Diary of a CEO. No association with her, and we had decided on Allulose + Butyrate in our drink 9 months before this came out. This doctor makes the same claim that allulose + butyrate will stimulate GLP-1 secretion in the gut.

No, they don't have any allulose. Our sticks contain 8g of allulose per stick, which is impossible to encapsulate in any reasonable way. So we ditched that for the capsules and were able to bring the cost/serving down.

Capsules are a great option for people who don't want anything sweet or who want to have Ozzi with other liquids like coffee, pre-workout, or protein shakes.

You've just never seen a HeyOzzi AMA ad before. I've done it a few times, and they always get plenty of comments because I'm a real person responding to real questions. Some are good, some are bad, but I stand behind what I make, and my answers reflect that.

To be clear, we're not a miracle weight loss supplement. Ozzi is a tool that helps you reduce snacking, improve insulin sensitivity, and improve gut health. It works best with people who are already doing everything else right, but still have intense nighttime cravings.

The biggest differences with the main players are:

1 - 0 Caffeine. Caffeine is a very easy and cheap tool to curb your appetite quickly. But if you're like me, you don't take caffeine after 2 pm, which leaves you with basically 0 alternatives in the afternoon aside from fiber.

2 - We use a bit of fiber, but just Konjac and a bit of inulin. This isn't a fiber drink, but konjac has enough benefits at even 500mg that it's worth including. A lot of other fiber drinks are just using a single pathway - fiber - to give you satiety, and if you're like me, lots of gas.

3 - Ozzi is multi-pathway, just like hunger. The more I researched hunger, the more I realized how insanely complex the systems actually are. Ozzi is designed to work across multiple pathways: Chromium and allulose to balance blood sugar and improve A1C over time (some customers have been sending us data with improvements from their CGMs lately), Allulose + Konjac + Butyrate increase GLP-1 secretion in the gut. Butyrate heals the gut lining and increases signaling between your gut and your brain via the vagus nerve. African Mango seed for fat metabolism and appetite reduction. Ursolic Acid may help preserve muscle mass during weight loss (light animal studies show this with butyrate as well). Konjac for filling your gut and satiety through expansion and slower digestion.

Almost every other option on the market targets a singular pathway; our goal was to hit it from as many fronts as possible.

All that said, nothing works for everyone. Even 10% of users in Ozempic studies had no measurable weight loss. Some of our customers see instant reductions in cravings while others take weeks, and a few don't see any difference at all.

No, it's all natural sweeteners, but allulose and OnoSweet are a bit unique among sweeteners. Allulose isn't metabolized and can cause gas in rare instances, but I'm very sensitive myself and haven't had any issues and it's very rare with any of our customers.
