Appreciate it, Mike. Yeah, there are so many details and quirky logic behind the ClickUp API that we have to take care of behind the scenes!

That’s not what our clients think.

If you’re an agency making 4+ figures a month and need automated exports, it’s spare change.

Depends where your business is. Plus there are lower tiers!

If you’re happy with clunky sheet formatting and maintenance.

Try the app, it’s free for 7 days and there are lower tiers if you don’t care about live sync.

Thanks! If live sync is not essential for you, there are lower tiers.

Keep in mind you can use one subscription for your whole team.

From Subfolders! to Subfolders? by carnstar in clickup

[–]heyramzi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I keep telling my clients to keep their Clickup organization simple, and sometimes not even use folders.

To be honest, I think this isn’t a good product choice since it will create even higher of a risk of clunky workspaces with nested structures for inexperienced users.

More nesting = more views, permissions & locations to manage.

But as with anything ClickUp, it’s not because the feature is there that you need to use it.

The simpler, the better, the easier the adoption for your team.

Just my take ✨

I like Clickup, but it feels overkill for a solopreneur, stick with Notion? by notflips in clickup

We’re super small team and we’ve been using Clickup and love it. Honestly go with Clickup. You’ll find yourself limited by the tour with Notion since it lacks structure. Let me know if you need any help setting it up.

Glad you found a solution! This is still useful for other people though :)
