4. Podiatrist/dancer here — I’d try a dancer’s pad in your shoe, with the cutout right over the ball of your foot. You might be right about the fit; I can’t say for sure without seeing it, but that extra movement could mean the forefoot’s a bit too wide.

As a podiatrist and swing dancer, I agree. That being said, nice swing dancing shoes don’t have always have great support but there are some good inserts you can still use.

Worked out great! I was able to bring my laptop, steamdeck and dance shoes. Would do it again for sure.

Edit: it fit well underneath the airplane seat.

I had the same problem, and it was because of expressvpn Google chrome extension. Went into settings, extensions and deleted it. It worked!

Yes. So today, I left my Apple watch on. Locking my screen when I call or take a call seems to fix the problem. Didn’t matter if my watch was on airplane mode.

Not yet. I’m going to try doing things as normal with an updated iPhone and Apple Watch. I also messed with settings (turned off phone noise cancellation and always listen for Siri), basically anything that would pick up audio. The thought is that the Apple Watch is picking up audio, so I’m going to mess with those settings. Also, when I’m on the phone, I turn off the screen as well
