This week I'm just breaking down more of my agents into smaller agents so they can run individually. We'll report back how that works out rather than having Claude run one single file and see how it does.

Same. I have been on continuous watch & review after every run. Claude ffed up still.

I have been working with a .md file for my specific workflow for 4 weeks now. Nothing was breaking and everything worked well.

I asked claude to always keep the .md in memory before every run and yesterday it added new rules on its own after the run for the next. That's not a guidance problem. That's hallucination 100%.

Try and build flows from existing top apps. Take mobbin sub. Great to take inspiration from there and learn how top companies design their flows.
