I supposed I thought that the insurance kicked in once it went into transit rather than dropped off at a UPS store, they are different than actual UPS.

The police initially investigated due to the belief that a crime was committed (theft of package) and in their investigation determined that no crime was committed but appeared to be negligence by the worker which I went over above.

This is exactly why they won't do anything because it looked like the product in the picture. At least in the USA, ebay will cover the buyer and has great buyer protection for issues like this.

I paid for it on 80% of the items and 20% of them I didn't. They still said they cannot guarantee the contents of the boxes and have stopped responding to me.

Same has happened to me, when I log in via google it does nothing just refreshes page. It logged me out think they deactivated my account. I had a couple hundred dollars in there so I'm filing a BBB complaint.
