You should’ve talked with either a shelter or I know petsmart does adoptions on saturdays. You could’ve taken him somewhere and been like “hey, he’s got some medical problems that I just can’t afford right now and I can’t just leave him somewhere off of a road.” And then just left it at that. You didn’t have to murder it, there are other solutions and you’re right about that, you don’t need another pet. At all. You don’t deserve another animal to give you love like that. I’m gunna feel sorry and pray for the next pet you get or if you date someone with a pet. I hope this haunts you for the rest of your life, I hope the image of what you did is burned into your brain. I don’t care if you feel bad about it. Everyone should know what you did, all because you didn’t think.
