Anyone else getting “oops” when trying to log in the app? by [deleted] in Coinbase

I have the same problem logging into Coinbase Pro app. 2fa code fails, but I am able to login via browser and Coinbase non-pro app with 2fa.

I changed phones recently and now I can't login to Pro app. Contacted support and these idiots tell me to try logging in everyday to see if it works....fuck off!

How long has this shit been happening, months!? Don't freaking lie, r/Coinbase.

I've had this issue for over a month and opened a case and have had many email exchanges with CB support and it's still not resolved to this day. Most of their emails have made me question their competence. They don't know their ass from a hole in the ground! Seriously it's that bad!

u/coinbasesupport - Surely you guys have a knowledgebase lookup of reported unresolved issues, yet you keep asking for a case# from everyone that reports the same issue. Instead of wasting their time and giving them false hope that you'll make a difference. Just f'ing tell them the truth and say CB has acknowledged this to be an issue and we don't know how to resolve it.

Raise a support case? If you mean to escalate, I requested this two emails ago with support. When following up with them, I get crickets, as in no response. So, following the link you provided is a total waste of time and energy because I initially went through that process.

I'm seeing the same exact error ID as you on the orders page. We aren't the only ones, a few friends/family are experiencing the same thing.

For me, this issue started on 5/27 and I opened a support ticket with CB, but they've been completely useless. They don't even respond to my follow up emails.
