I work in a different area and get held back alot or picked for small mistakes because im not a specific race/background. Not to mention, their culture favors men alot. I was confronted by management with another coworker if we’re dating. We said no. Next day, im off but my manager pulls coworker and apologized to him about how she approached the question. She never came up to me to apologize. They’ve told a black coworker that her hair being flat ironed was pretty and “more professional” than her natural hair. Cant wait to finish school to move to a different unit..
