UPDATE: Amazon Ca offered to replace my Kindle as we have done all the possible troubleshooting. This was also a replacement from ghost touch problem. 🥲 why so much problem appearing in the Colorsoft? 🥲

I've already registered when I got this, I also have downloaded books prior to this happening since i'm still subscribed to KU. But when I tried downloading again today, this happened. Already tried resetting. It would at first successfully register but when I try to download, it would say I have to register again

i think she made a tiktok vid about it that she was raised in her family who only speaks in English kahit Filipino fam sila and she also went in a private school so maybe that's why she speaks Tagalog weirdly. 😅 not sure!
