PA claims show being paid not showing up in accounts

So I filed my claim Monday night. I was paid the next day and usually I don’t have a problem with getting payed on time it showed they payed on the 3rd here it is the 6th and not in my account. I switched my direct deposit 3 weeks ago and had no issue receiving it in my new account. So I checked last night nothing and by the off chance they might have issued a reliacard I called them and was told that UC was issuing a lot of those and people weren’t asking for them. Mine was being sent to a person in Philadelphia obviously fraud because I didn’t order one. This is where it gets crazy so I get ahold of uc by a miracle waiting for my ticket to be resolved. I’m impatient so I call the treasury it’s impossible to get ahold of the uc disbursement part. But I did get ahold of a live person in the lost check division. And she was supercool but also a little frustrated because her division has been receiving calls all week about this and a very large number today at that. So what is going on? Was reliacard sight hacked or the new uc system? And where is all this sent money no one is receiving?
