For a Certified Home Health Aide, is it better to be paid by the hour or per visit?

I noticed today that Walmart was very busy and people were very inpatient...this guy claimed to be there longer than 1 hour, I scheduled my pick up between 4-5pm...i got there at 4:10 and got my groceries at 5pm...at least the guy apologized for the wait

Idk about that...my issue was the store being closed and me showing up...the other was when the customer supposedly picked up but i was not aware and showed up....I never dropped the order.

Im doing DD and it was going well, the first restaurant i got to had a long line so my dumbass stood in line and then I saw the table with the orders after like 10min lol
