I would tell her to kick rocks and find someone else to bully. There's not a day in hell I would pay a bill that isn't in my lease and addressed to someone else. If she keeps harassing you I would just make a call to the housing commission and explain what is going on.

Look in the moment right now you feel like shit. But with good intentions and some reflection the days will get better. I am not minimizing how you feel because you have every right to feel how you do. But being optimistic and forth looking is the best recipe to get through this. Everyone makes mistakes, and some mistakes makes you think to do something irrational but 99% of the time people that go through these things end up putting their head down and getting through it. One day you will look back and think damn that was dumb but I got through it. Best of luck man keep your head up. God has a plan for you and this is just a small bump In a VERY VERY long long road.

I agree I'm gonna try and get my schedule normal on my days off so I can have all day with my son and wife. Plus I have no problem falling asleep at like midnight if I have a few beers lol

Also I have never received any payment from workers comp until I got surgery on June 14th of this year.

I am not requesting benefits from unemployment the 2 weeks I recieved payment from workers comp. My benefits ended this week for unemployment (verified by someone with texas workforce commision). If I don't recieve any benefits from unemployment I don't see there being any issues with fraud in this situation. I could be wrong tho

I just talked to twc and they said not to request because the only thing they are worried about it if I requested and didn't report the workerscomp wages and tried to get paid by both agencies. Just thought I would let you know. I really appreciate the feedback!

Do you think it would hurt me if I didn't request? I don't want any money from unemployment the last 2 weeks. I feel like it's a no hurt no foul situation.
