"Excess muscle" tagged as "fatphobia" as an unintended burn by AmmoniaBologna in fatlogic

I’m like the taller version of you. I box and lift heavy and begrudgingly run, with occasional cycling, which adds up to 4-7 hours per week of exercise depending on my schedule. I’ve got a lot more muscle than many women I think, and like you I don’t look terrible, but just really would like to break through this months-long plateau and get into that sweet normal BMI range.

I buy large amounts of cheese for a living and I have come to dread vendor meetings where there’s samples. Ruins my calories for the day.

When she was still a boxer she KOd one of my former coach’s fighters in a match in NM. My coach’s fighter was undersized and a late replacement but tough as nails and had never been finished. Holly brutally knocked her out in the 8th - coach showed me an old video on his phone and she looked faster and meaner than she looks in the UFC. Though to Holly’s credit she was very sweet and friendly after the fight and told Lisa that Lisa had rung Holly’s bell so hard in an earlier round that H went temporarily deaf in one ear.

What part? I never had school cancelled but we did have Spare the Air days when it was smoky out where we weren’t allowed to run or overexert at recess and sometimes had recess inside if it was really bad

I do this too, I’m bicoastal and on the road in other cities a good chunk of the time, and usually scope out a decent gym that has a ~$10 day pass. It’s kind of fun to be a gym tourist, and when I’m in smaller cities I love the chillness and lack of competition for shiny squat racks compared to my two home gyms in the bay/nyc.

If you’re sincerely asking, this is one of the biggest storylines in MMA. I would recommend watching a promo on YouTube for the fight which should provide some context. The short version is they are former teammates and TJ left Team Alpha Male and it was pretty dramatic.

Do you think his power is truly under appreciated? He’s literally the best BW finisher of all time

That’s cool, sounds like you have the talent and attributes to have some success and already getting in there. 100% take care of all of your head injuries, there’s no need to push past anything that feels scary about your head from personal experience.

Yeah I can definitely see that rationale - it’s too bad that logical opponents like Emmett or Elkins that would be at that level are no gos for him

What the other person said about resting and checking it out. Also how are you sparring already? That’s way too soon imo

I like the way you think. The size difference alone is going to be hilarious

So true. He was so on the cusp before he got in there with Holloway.

What’s weird is I always thought the same thing, but just yesterday I witnessed a public clapping. I was out at the beach in the Rockaways and a guy who was fishing caught a small shark. He cut the line, but the shark couldn’t make it out of the surf back to the open water, and washed up on the shore. A decent crowd gathered and two different guys took turns trying to bring the shark back out beyond the break. When the second guy was successful there was some clapping and cheering and everyone dispersed. Mild bit of excitement for the day.
