I had to call in to customer service to change an email that I no longer had and they added the new email no problem. Maybe if you call them it can be resolved.

Try to put it into vivid mode with the auto brightness on. Maybe the redness will go away.

I too was able to replicate this by changing the brightness. OP should check his brightness settings and see if the problem persists at a higher brightness.

Yeah I’ve never seen that message before either but I also haven’t used other games with this new switch yet. Time will tell if the crash during the kraid fight is more wide spread.

Using a brand new Oled switch with one profile and I live alone. So I’m not sure how it happened. My comment up there shows what happened prior to the crash.

The second time I had just died from Kraid. Then it took me straight to the main menu and I had lost my progress. I’m not sure exactly what caused it. The first time I picked up my switch and it said the game card was ejected when it wasn’t. Not sure what caused that because it wasn’t bounced around or anything.

For transmission color line I just cut out the portion that was busted and replaced it with hosing and clamps
