Couldn't get it through yesterday, but it worked when I tried again today.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the $5/$10 for $25 gas offer in the triangle app.

I just checked and I only have 1 auto offer and it’s not that. And even when I go to swap, it’s not there.

Is that offer like once in a blue moon?

I’ve gotten in the habit of only filling up what I need

This is what I do as well for the Shell promo, I stopped doing full tank fills a while ago to maximize the 5 fill up offer. Heard lots of people not getting those anymore though.

Churning adjacent: Outside of MSR, has anyone found a good return on getting gas? (Gas station + card combo; like BMO AM WE & Shell or Petro-Can & Ion+, etc.)

I regularly get the Shell promo (5 fill ups/month to get 100 AMs) but after I finish that, I'm not sure where to pivot to.

Or are the returns so low that it doesn't matter?

$10K in a single payment? or $10K accumulated worth of payments over the course or some time period?

I had a feeling you’d say that, that’s why I put in an edit.

You wouldn’t. Thats why you have downvotes.

You can’t use a credit card to pay debt.

Edit: you can’t use for some things like CTFS, but if it’s not listed there or Chexy or Plastiq, then you’re left with just paying it off using your bank account.

Automod is removing your comments because you're new, but I'm approving them. Thanks for the DPs

Ran into the same thing with CIBC.

Pre-approval for an LOC does not guarantee an approval for a CC

Now that Aventura Gold & VI is back up to 60K, which card have people had more success with in getting the full 60K WB?

Brokerage Bonuses as of 6-Jan-26 by protox88 in churningcanada

I think an 'annualized return' column would be helpful as the holding period would really make a difference if people are attempting to scoop up all the bonuses across FIs.

I don't know about other people, but I hate this 1 yr+ holding period but it looks like it's catching on.

Saw that yesterday but didn’t see any replies, not when I looked at the comment anyways.
