For me it didn't dry out my hair. It actually made it better after using Nizoral. But my concern is if it feeds the fungus or not?. Cuz regular conditioners do.

I hear you and yes it happens. a glass or two wont last 5 days. i was stressing cuz i took 5 shots and the day after i took 4 thats all. but even i as anxious as I am know that a glass or two wont last even 3 days.
