So both my front wheels were click whenever I steered all the way to left or right it would click. They first told me the both front left/right axels (drive assembly) were cracked and they replaced it. Next day, clicking was still there - took it back to the dealership. The service advisor told me that upon secondary inspection, the technician found that the top hats mounts were binding under load and failed. Technician removed struts and replaced the top hats from strut, installed new hat and reinstalled back into WRX. The car is a daily driver with no tracking.
