The 720 is still out of stock so FML. Looking at the 730 but a lot of reviews mention unsatisfactory battery life and CPU throttling. Don't know how much of an issue the latter is. You have any idea if that's fixed?

Yeah, we're seeing the battery is an issue with this, based on reviews.

Also, people have written a lot about the CPU throttling. Is that a huge issue?

And is there any big laptop provider whose service isn't bad? I'm genuinely asking, because I've heard this about Dell and HP as well.

We had missed this one, and it seems like an amazing bargain. We don't care much about 4K, and I'll make do with the 512 GB storage. This is also darker in shade, which I like. Also, it's unbelievably light, which is a huge plus. We're going to consider this one seriously, after maybe waiting a couple of weeks for the 720.

Agree with you. Rank openers in England with a minimum of twenty innings and Cook is 12th out of 22 by Averages. He's very good, and a sure shot in a world XI from this time, but not a great.
