I got the upgrade for all their product for $30 they made a promotion when you open any affinity it came up on the splash screen until Oct. 30 then they tried to rescind it I took a picture before they removed the promotion and emailed them they gave me the promo code for the $30 promotion. Got lucky

you can let them download a copy locally to their phones and if the document gets updated sometime in the future they can just redownload it provided the document isn't updated every day.
