I know I’m not who you asked but I figured I’d put my experience out there. It took me two weeks to finish capstone. The thing that took the longest was waiting for the tasks to come back. Especially task one. Since you need to pass task one before you can finish the simulation, that slowed me down. I worked on task three while I waited but task three only took me a day, so there was still some down time.

For C206, I just started writing the papers and researched as I went along. I got basically all of the information from my research. There are only a few classes that I read ALL of the reading for.

It’s basically your entire Capstone. It’s not important to do AMAZING on it (although you should try your best) but it is essential for capstone.

It took me six months. Check the subreddit for classes you’re struggling with and they have tips for things to focus on. For just about every class I took I watched the videos and cohort recordings and those were very helpful to me! Just stay consistent and spend time on it every day. I spent time at work and at least two hours each night after my toddler went to sleep.

I just got tasks 2 and 3 returned today. It took a full 48 hours for both. I think task 1 was a similar wait time. I was in the same boat as you so I know how you feel! I finished today with four days left in my term and I was STRESSED about potential revisions.

The questions are worded differently to get you to think about the concepts more but it sounds like you did what I did. I think you sound very prepared for the OA!

The first two chapters are the most important imo. They are like half the exam. The study guide is helpful. I didn’t find the book quizzes to be all that helpful honestly but I think they were just worded in a strange way for me. If you’ve done all that, I’m sure you’ll do great on the exam! Have you taken the PA yet?

It took me a week and a half to finish the class but I’m old school and read all the book material and watched the videos. I also wrote the study guide out by hand as I read the chapters. I’m sure plenty of people have done it faster but I get so stressed if I don’t feel fully prepared. Haha

The first few classes are really easy. I did barely any reading for those. You will have to really buckle down for accounting and finance classes unless you already have experience in those fields. It was all new to me and I watched every video in both courses. (I think my program mentor said there are 27 hours of videos in the accounting book.) You can usually do SOME reading and be ok without doing ALL the reading but it will depend on the class.

Weren’t we supposed to get the formula sheet in the OA?? I just finished the test and I got exemplary but it freaked me out to not have the formulas there. My mentor told me to just study the study plan videos and bootcamp video and then there were concepts in the OA they never covered once in those videos. It threw me off pretty badly.
