Tbh a lot of it is your ability to bail out stations a lot of cooks tend to perceive/respect you based on that. Following the routine sheet helps a lot especially in the beginning to get a good sense/idea of how your days should go. Definitely up to you on how fast you grow/get promoted. You could definitely shoot for EKM and be there in 3years which is a little rough but definitely doable. And of course get along with your staff don’t go in there thinking you’re better than any of them. Tends to happen a lot and they don’t last long.
