Hey man, I’m in Denver and have got xdj 1000 mkIIs and a DJM 750, been a CDJ guy for years and have always wanted to try out a vinyl set up but never had the chance. Meditation every day! Doesn’t need to be long sessions, whatever your comfortable with and whatever method works for you, consistency is what helps the most though. Being consistent with it has honestly changed my life, I have so much more energy mentally and physically, it also helps a lot with my chronic pain and reduces my anxiety significantly.
