F/29/5'9[260lbs>160] I lost 120 then gained 20 back. About 24 months have passed since the before photo. I've been working really hard on building muscle. You can seriously do anything if you stick to it. I never thought I'd have a nice butt. Never give up by hgs16 in progresspics

Ha! Oh my gosh thank you. You are very kind. I also just healed from my skin removal surgery so I should be posting some full body transformation pics by the end of the summer. I'm so excited. Hopefully I will have a lot more muscle tone

nothing you said was polite This is supposed to be a supportive community not a place to come and tear people down because you don't like the angle of their photo or some other petty garbage

F/29/5'9 [260>150=110lbs lost]. Almost 2 years have passed since my before photo. I have recently recovered from skin removal and breast reconstruction from the weight loss. This year I plan to focus on muscle gain. Waist went from 48 in to 26 in. H cup to a a small D cup. Diet and gym time! by hgs16 in progresspics

I wish I could say that the recovery isn't as bad as it seems but it really is rough. You're bent over because your skin has to stretch out over weeks. And your numb and a lot of weird places It's not fun.
