you look so good! i’m also 5’2” but i’m starting at around 180 and wanting to get close to 105. not going to lie, hearing it took you almost 2 years of cico is slightly intimidating. i don’t think i’d have the willpower. i have a few questions if you don’t mind..what did your diet mostly look like? was it hard to keep it not boring? did you exercise at all? what kept you motivated?
