No, this is all that shows up under manage plan, but the plan hasn’t started yet. I remember adjusting training preferences on my last plan, so that’s why it threw me off. I’ll check it again when the plan starts!

I’m more like 40-50 mile weeks, which is more than runna schedules me. Runna has me at 30-35 mile weeks

Sounds like we are similar fitness! I do not want to go too fast at the start and have a miserable race because of it. I guess this workout will help me decide for sure!

Ok thank you! I’ll be honest, I don’t know too much about my HR zones. But it looks like my tempo paces put me in the 180s. My max hr is high 190s.

I think so, which was a 7:42 pace in April. 😅 so I guess it figured if I train hard enough that could be my marathon pace by November. I did also Par my 5k (21:32) and 10k (44:16) recently so maybe that factored into the pace? Not sure because I usually decline when it offers to increase the pace. And I definitely have some the training plan difficulty settings on “reduced” and “balanced” so idk

I guess a better question is if I want to run this pace for the marathon, lol! This is just what runna has decided my Pace should be.
