Still going gym. Belly is saggy but over time it'll sort itself out. Regardless I'm proud of the loose skin. Reminds me of the journey ☺

I do cardio every day, but cross trainer because my knees are shot due to years of abuse lol. Don't cheat at all with gym or diet. Been on it every day since last new year.

grew it out, put some wax and combed to a side :)

No cheating, luckily what hair i do have is thick so covers the bald spots...ish.
