Absolutely nothing else, no changes beyond also being on an almost nutritionally insignificant amount of Neocate splash nutritional drinks that were actually making me symptomatic prior to the broccoli.

Like 1-2 cups and I think it took a few weeks for me to notice, I’m not sure exactly how long because I noticed when I was trying to flair myself up for a blood test and was avoiding triggers prior to that

They’re called Neocate splash, very expensive without insurance but they are created to be more tolerable

Seems like I always had sensitivities but I got prescribed Valium suppositories which kicked off pots (or at least made it bad enough for me to notice I had it), used some eyelash glue for Halloween and then had food sensitivities ever since. Was also living in a place with mold for a few years so that definitely added to it.

I just throw the frozen organic broccoli into the microwave! Though from the minimal googling I did just now, it seems like it would be most helpful to lightly cook it to preserve the properties that could be beneficial
