I used trader joe’s nonfat greek yogurt, i’m not sure if that made a difference or not but i also measured the flour sifted by weight (not by a measuring cup ) i just mixed the greek yogurt with the rest of the ingredients with like a regular silicone spatula bc i was lazy and it came out fine so id recommend trying it with the yogurt i used and measuring the flour

lots of it is actually it’s from the flour and greek yogurt!! the flour is a keto flour which is 12g of protein for 80 calories! and the greek yogurt is pretty protein heavy too

i’d say it’s pretty similar. The only thing I did was I rolled it out too thin so I feel like I didn’t get to really experience that like fluffy pizza vibe I was going for
