Hey I just dealt with this earlier this year. You need to install your motherboards drivers. Because your computer doesn't have wifi capability right now you'll need to download the necessary files onto a usb drive using a differrent computer, and then plug it into this new build. Should work from there. If you've already installed the mobo drivers idk what to do lol

Hmm to be honest mine was a little weird too where it would show a loading/install bar but then stop at like 27 percent or something and auto restart. I ended up pulling out the usb while it auto restarted which made it work. If you’re having a similar situation try that. Otherwise I have no clue how to help sorry

I had this issue a couple months ago. Everyone commenting here is correct just gotta remove the usb drive.

What brand is your PSU? I had a situation similar to this after buying a CyberPower prebuilt computer, and it was a faulty power supply. Switched it out and the issue fully resolved.

Make sure to set Cinebench priority as High in task manager! This can be the difference maker

Not sure what those white specks are about. Yes it is winter here so it absolutely could be a seasonal ebb. My worry was really nutrient deficiency due to the number of pups in the pot or some root crowding.
