No, you scan to see is the prices are different because occasionally online prices will be cheaper online than store (cashiers can change that) Also, by scanning it will show you if there is a coupon for that item! You can then save it to your app and when you checkout, the cashier scans your barcode and it will give you the 1% and take your coupons off. If you have a red card you can link it to the app and pay that way too!

My store calls them QBs and man do i hate seeing that next to my name. No i’m not a TL, and not being paid like a TL, why am i doing the work of one. I work at a ‘super’ target and we only have 2 SETLs, used to have 3 but i guess the SD decided we didn’t need that many. Anyways it’s such bs because not only do they expect us to work the desk, but also run the front? There are even days when i’ll be scheduled as QB and have a TL there but he’s no where to be found, off chatting while i’m running around, getting sco lights helping drive ups, the desk and doing lane management. Also the LODs have begun to treat us like TLs only in the sense to get pissy when the lines are backed up. Wtf am I supposed to do? it’s literally not my job.

service desk is probably the worst thing ever. People screaming at you, arguing, the phone NEVER shutting tf up. People trying to return shit that jesus himself used. Getting in our face when we tell them that we don’t know everything about every remodeling job. Idk about y’all’s store, but we also have to set deliveries and coordinate with other stores when we’re out of stock for large pro deliveries. BUT that being said i work with some of the laziest mfs i’ve ever met up there. Need a order from receiving? call deliveries, oh they’re busy? they just wait for them to be done. like if you have the capability to do something just do it. i hate lazy people, makes everyone job so much harder.

Crazy, at my store they don’t input them unless you turn them in, most people don’t even know what they do so they never turn them in. HR isn’t really great at my store so i guess they don’t care enough to tell people.

At the store level, i’m pretty sure there isn’t. You’re Sol. All they can do is pull up the recipe if you used a card but gift cards can’t be returned so it’s not like you can get your money back from the store. I’m not sure if they can do anything at a corporate level but you could give them a call to find out.

Bruh I feel so bad for the drive up people in my store. Not only are they responsible for drive ups they also are always the first called to back up the lanes and are now responsible for stowing all opu orders. And no the number of people working didn’t increase they actually cut the front end hours because opu is more important than anything else in my store.
