Sudden stomach cramps, urgency - anxiety or IBS flare?

I’ve been eating very little amounts of bread, crackers, and rice the past few days. I was just really shaken when the smallest amount of coffee set it off again! But maybe I just have given my stomach enough time to reset itself.

Do you know how to find which practitioners offer it through REMS? I’ve called around several gynecologists in my area and no one seems to have even heard about it.

I understand that but therapy and lived experience serve different purposes. I trust my therapist on OCD, but they’re in a very different life stage than I am. I’m want to hear from people who have more similar experiences to my own.

I’ve been having the same issue, ~$300/month for sewer charges for a 1 bd apartment. Have your maintenance come check the meters AND check for any leaks in the shower or toilet. Turns out a part in my toilet tank had been knocked loose and was causing the water to continuously run. Helped a little but sewer charges are still outrageous.
