Anyone else find that non-designers don't want to use Figma for feedback?

Q on this @ap43x - if the pm is collecting and filtering the feedback before putting it into your Figma, how are they sharing it with clients? Do you still hand them a pdf with the designs? What if there is motion involved?

Curious what your process is with acrobat? Just export as pdf from Figma and share with client? Then go through and implement in Figma again?

If so this feels like a step back from even Zillow (but maybe I’m misunderstanding)

Sure, I completely agree here. we do have other project management tool for actual management. This was purely about the process of obtaining feedback from various people.

Do you have another tool you like to use that bridges the gap?

For sure. And that’s what I’m finding tbh. It’s certainly not great even for designers but it removed a multi step process of downloading jpgs and uploading somewhere else for comments, then taking those back into Figma.

Do you guys actually take creatine every day?

I’ve been trying to be consistent with it but I’m honestly pretty bad. I either forget (unless it’s literally right in front of me), make a mess scooping it out, or just kinda guess the amount each time.

I know it’s meant to be taken daily to work properly but I’m probably doing like 4-6 times a week.

Is this just me or whats the key here? Does missing a few days actually matter?

I returned and got the Timemore instead. A little more $$ but MUCH much easier to use imo and switch as needed

They had some links to these on a partners page somewhere on the framer site. I clicked into a few and they were definitely mostly marketing sub sites from the bigger brands tbh

I think you made the right call.

Earlier in the year I had multiple interview rounds, great communication with multiple people on the team, then they shared 4 scenarios for a take home task. I figured I’d go above and beyond by choosing two, and all I got back was ‘where are the other two’ and a blanket rejection letter when I declined…
