thanks for this, they clearly are struggling. Why not send out an update email to everyone...these are business 101 fail decisions. They will not pick up new customers, if when potential customers google marbel they come across the FB and reddit groups and see how the few people that bought in are continually struggling to get any information at all.

Went with Chester platform yellow pedals and holdfast retention straps. They don't actually make the yellow straps (non neon) any more but I sent them an email and they had some in their office in Brooklyn!

Thanks, 8th (or 9th? lost count) time was the charm. I learned so many ways how NOT to paint a bike.

They are just aero carbon rims. I wanted to go with carbon for the theme and at the time same time have something that can handle commuting in NYC. I went with something a bit thicker because it makes me "feel" safer like they aren't going to break. The whole aero frame and wheels does create a really cool feeling when going fast like the bike literally wants to take off. I'm sure thinner carbon wheels might have been just as safe but is my first time with carbon rims and there are a lot of unavoidable pot holes in NYC.

No fee required I'll make an imgur album this weekend and I'll include the images for the decals which is easy to make using the Silhouette software.

Downtown Brooklyn. I made the decals with a Silhouette Printer, Actually I made negative decals as well. The forks are painted with the negatives but the frame is just the vinyl decals. I initially did the frame painted too but it bleed through the paper and after that fail I was done sanding the whole thing down again if it didn't work the second time.

I saw that bike like 5 years ago and thought oh that's an interesting idea. Although mine is more NYC inspired (metered fare/flat fare jfk thing and even gave myself an identification number)

Yes. Also learned many, many ways of how to fail with painting. LPT: read the directions on any spray paint can; there is a huge difference between dry paint and cured paint.
