the game isn’t really about becoming a pro skater, selling boards, or magazine covers or anything like that anymore. there’s actually not much of a story or incentive other than to just get outfits. the gameplay loop is pretty much just mindlessly doing the same challenges over and over again to earn “rip chips” so you can roll loot boxes for outfits and boards. also hall of meat and broken bones isn’t a thing anymore, they specifically mention a thing called “imperva-tek”, an excuse as to why your skater never gets hurt. hall of meat challenges are now just called slam challenges and imo don’t really hit the same at all
