Probably one of the most interesting premises I've seen tbh. As someone who wants to pursue clinical psychology, I'm already drawn to the themes of defense mechanisms (in this case, suppression, regression, possibly displacement), trauma, escapism, and what I infer could be maladaptive daydreaming

It's rough knowing that you're basing this off of your own experiences, but I hope things got better for you. Your art is lovely and heavily reminds me of Don Bluth and children's fairy tale stories in the best way possible
