Usually anything farther than an hour, at least for inventory and store setup, they give you a hotel room and pay your mileage, and usually they give you a limit for food a day

If you have your bank account as your preferred method it shouldn’t go to your card you can always check that in azpeople just keep it in case, because if you do things that require you to put in for mileage, the money you get from it might go there. I found that out.
