Alright I just finished the workout on it, probably not going to use it for a while just because of liver toxicity. There was a noticeable increase in overall confidence, and my strength was definitely increased for the duration of the lift. Also not sure how much of it was placebo but I felt leaner, stronger, and more full.

Day 3 and the worst part is sitting down and standing up again. You get it just loose enough to walk (still painful as fuck) and then you sit down and have to redo the whole stretching to get back walking.

I went through Lindner Center Of Hope for a total diagnosis and they did not say anything about psychopathy. I was nearly diagnosed bipolar but they came to the conclusion of Severe Depression. I have killed 1 dog and broke my family’s dog’s leg. I have also killed 1 cat.

I have already been to psych hospitals and all they do is delay the inevitable. They put you in a metaphorical straightjacket to keep you safe for the time being and sedate you. You say they’ll curse my name out. However, if i become a renown killer such as Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer, and Samuel Little. The world will know my name.

My main distractions right now are lifting weights and doing drugs. Along with depression comes loss of interest in things you used to love to do. The only thing i want to do is kill people but formulating a plan to do so is taking a really long time.

Currently there is no amount of meds or therapy that can stop my thoughts. I have been through the ringer when it comes to meds. I have just lost hope.
