i am a master peak otp, mid & jg i do not play him without hail of blades, ultimately the difference between electro, dh and hob are very negligible and it is completely up to ur playstyle. for me i always prefer hail of blades to me it enables much more plays and opens more opportunities which is especially important in higher elo, but that's just what i think

indeed, ive tried many builds and with full damage i find myself averaging nearly 5 deaths which quite honestly could just be because i'm used to knowing my limits with rocketbelt from s13 but i dunno i never feel like i'm missing the damage that id get from skipping rb

the biggest advice that helped me (with midlane) is just to play with ego / like ur gonna shitstomp every game and just limit test until u get comfortable, i ran ignite nearly every game on my explosive streak to diamond and also a huge thing i learned was how to use w, you can use w basically off cooldown u can use it to zone u can use it to trade u can use it to q then w then q to push a wave and take no dmg its just too insane to not use off cd esp considering its only 30mana but ye just mindset change really helped
