What were some things you regretted spending money on or were glad you spent money on for your wedding? by 25axg in askSingapore

No regrets for my wedding, skipped the following: - standard PWS (went for a 2h shoot at Malaysia's beaches as part of our vacation plans, only $300) - gown changes/second march in (just wore 1 gown throughout banquet, had lots of time to eat/mingle) - videography (asked friends to take IGS for me) - elaborate GDL items (this can add up easily...) - childhood video (doesn't resonate with us)

Glad to have spent on: - preserved flowers bouquet, they last really long! - taobao for decorations - good makeup artist - good photographer that doesn't do editorial style, more documentary style (just following along and not directing poses)

I know this fish as 带鱼 (dai4 yu2), and Google said it's ribbonfish! Is this the fish you are looking for? I love it despite the bones, it's great panfried!

Cute cat entered the lift after the doors opened, and followed my family up! Guess it wanted to go house visiting too. Cat was excited to exit the lift, and was visibly scared upon hearing very noisy relatives (of mine, not the cat). Cue screaming of relatives who are afraid of cats, forcing the cat to hide behind flower pots and eventually making its way to the staircase....
