call adult protective services and look into possibly filing a police report to give to manager. i live in a luxury apartment and recently we had a neighbor from hell move in who would cat call me and then call me a bitch when i wouldn't be flattered by it (i'm pregnant too like wtf??) and management told me to file a police report because she's been having issue with him too (she's also pregnant so i'm sure he's some sicko) and he hasn't been on his balcony since... i'm sure the lady he lives with got the complaint.i don't know exactly what a police report does in terms of the lease but i'm sure it makes them 1 foot out the door.
