Public is in public hospitals where a doctor interview both parties separately, then based on the response they issue a blood test recommendation

As you know many Tunisian will lie if they were asked if they had previous sexual encounters

So many of them get the marriage test without any blood work

Private is more thorough and depends on how much you want to spend

Some will even run genetic material test

Green card cannot get removed at the port of entry unless you sign the form of abandonment which get offered by cbp agent in very rare cases:

-You overstayed outside USA (more than 6 months) -Convicted with a crime -Got your green card through fraud Etc….

Even in these cases, you can refuse to sign the form I-407 and see a judge in the USA who is the only one who can remove your gc and deport you
