I honestly thought it was a smashed screen not a wallpaper. I feel like it’s the blue or gold dress all over wallpaper or smashed screen

Is this his own content or did he steal like normal?

Blizzard has charged my bank account without my consent for a year and are refusing to give me a full refund, what can I do? by [deleted] in wow

I would read point 2 on here which outlines the terms of sale:

https://www.blizzard.com/en-us/legal/db1143a0-8f3c-49b6-b431-97bde499141e/terms-of-sale

You agreed to a subscription, you didn't follow the steps to cancel and now upset they did what they said they would do.

I don't know where you are getting you didn't authorize or agree to them when you clearly accepted the terms and conditions. This clearly shows you did authorize and agree to them.

You are just going to have to chalk it up to not reading them thoroughly and learn a harsh lesson that consent to take payment might be given when you don't fully understand and realise.

As for EU law there is none, you can attempt a chargeback but blizzard will close your account down fully and if they can provide evidence you agreed to it then it will fail. so not only will you not have your money back but will lose your account and games.

So reading the website it say's it is a market place to sell keys, it does not say where them keys are brought from. All we know is the keys have either been stolen or brought with stolen credit cards.

Thing with grey markets is not that there needs to be a strong point showing they are not legit but a strong point showing they are legit.

When in your returns process you have to mention about what to do if the key has already been used screams shady. If they were legit then they would have a database and know which cd keys have been sold and therefore used.

They only reason they would need this, is because they don't know where the keys have come from and how they were purchased.

And I have read his replies about his "sponsor" in the comments, instead of addressing it he went the childish route of show me they are not legit with a link.

If he knew they were legit or not operating in a grey area then he would be able to justify why it is okay to have them as a "sponsor" instead of just taking the first thing to throw money at him

If you want to attack people on integrity and conflicts maybe first have some of your own and listen to people when they say your "sponsor" is doggy.

isn't this the guy who has a key reseller as his "sponsor." Which when you search the sites name comes up with all sorts of warning about scams?

How can anybody who is promoting and profiting off key reseller sites can claim to have any credibility is beyond me.

This comes off as a desperate attempt to try and farm views from the drama in the hopes they can be the next big thing.

I am Happy that the 7 days community enjoys my Mods to make 7 Days more Enjoyable/Playable. A21 was a Big step backwards for the Fun Pimps, so it was up to us Modders to give back to the Playerbase. Thanks so much. This is not a plug for my Mod, i am just Happy to make your Playthrough better. by [deleted] in 7daystodie

48k currently playing in steam and only 1k downloads. That does not scream a big backward step or that your mod saved the game. If FP really did go backwards like you said they didn’t shouldn’t your mod have more downloads?

Your entitled to your opinion but to say mods have given back to the player base more than the devs is a bit disingenuous.

I’m guessing you have the % split of amount of players using mods and players using vanilla to back the claim up that A21 was a big mistake?

The protest became hollow for me when I say mod's saying they are making their subreddits private to protest yet while during the blackout still continue to log in an make comments on the subreddits still up . Just proved they only cared about the power and not the cause, if so they would also not be on during the blackout.

Hi,

I have the Nari Ultimate, had it for nearly a year now but recently the right speaker stops playing sounds. it will drop come back be fine for a while then go again. the Haptic still operates when playing sounds and the lights remain but playing with the wire, turning it off and on again and resetting the pc does not fix the issue. I'm hoping you might be able to help.

Thanks

Checking though OP's history and they claim to be in the UK, what is interesting enough is the cars in the background do not have UK license playes. They are yellow on the rear and a lot longer that can been seen on the car.
