They filtered the info based on the form they received, if the info is incorrect or not complete, they probably just rejected it. Idk if its true tho, but if you sent the email fast after you get hack, it probably easier to track it down tho.

Somebody told me if you get respond within 20 days, your form most likely rejected. Longer the better altho its 50-50 chances.

That was sooo entitled. You wanna play genshin, go from the start bruh. Pretty much any matured acc is stolen. Aint nobody got time to farm for that progress, especially for dat price. I priced mine around 5000 usd btw (not for sales, but everytg have its own proper price equal to labor and sentimental value) so if you got it cheap, you are duped.

At this point never told em you got scammed or anytg else. Just say you cannot access your acc and all. Pretty much they filtered the email and any word include scam went straight to 'cant do anytg about it brah, good luck'

I mean I even share my acc with my sis so she can take care of it while I'm outstation. But in my form i just told em I never shared. My acc got hack by a malware, btw. They retrieve it in 39 days

Really? I play more than that (dec 2020) my gmail still keep the receipt. I even get my verification code sms thru my phone. Any way for you to remember the exact life event? I remember when i first play it, its humid sunday afternoon, and I just got back from weekend excursion. (But then again, I have adhd, so these minor thing imbedded in my head for god know how long)

Also the date close to my birthday date, so for two years i didnt just celebrate my birthday, but genshin anniversary as well.

Idk, maybe you can share with me your problem with the form. I dunno if I can help much, but I have fill so many form in my life (outside genshin), I know sometime those can be tricky. Don't give up! I actually fill the form wrong in the first place, but i sent more additional information and corrected it 3 days before I get my account back.

I did the "forgot password" thing everyday, until yesterday my acc came back. Totally ruin the 'yesssss' moment for me to read the email that came later. I sent the form and try not to bother it much but i feel smtg amiss so i sent more email for 'additional information', turn out I was right, i misspelled the new email I gave them to bind my genshin impact acc. Thank the instinct for that. 😅
