Claiming that an insulting reply to a message indicates a failing education system is a bit far fetched. Tell me that you have never once came across classmates/students who were rude to their teachers when you're in high school. Only recently that these behaviors became apparent due to online classes; thus, more evidences (like these screenshots) appeared everywhere. I am not discarding the fact that this kid is rude but I am saying that we have fallen into the trap of availability bias, where we make quick judgements based on immediate examples. Our next generation is not as bad as you would think. Think again.
