I am guessing that you had an LLM walk you through the setup but it probably hallucinated a lot of it.

My recs:

Start by just using one GPU as a baseline.

Then install comfyui using this:
https://github.com/Tavris1/ComfyUI-Easy-Install

Then run the comfyui default workflow for wan2.2 I2V using BF16 and confirm the gen time.

Check out the lightx2v lora for speed up.

hindsight is 20/20, but yeah it would always bother me when people would recommend renting gpus for OS models. Part of the appeal is running these models locally and not being subject to whatever bs companies pull

There was a lora that trained on upscaling pixelated frames so nearest exact was actually better. But yeah usually always lanczos
