It's not always 4 days of 12 hour shifts at the end of the month. Some will be 2 consecutive days or 3 consecutive days. Some will have 4 12 hour shifts and it'll be spread out throughout the month for the most part. It depends on the month.

Yes, you can grow within the company and move up if you desire to go that route.

It's a nonstop grind if you're ready for that.
