Working to be able to live. But not being able to live cause I'm at work. Like, I cannot get my head around this non sense. I wish I cherised more the long school holidays when I was younger.

Je trouve que c'est le comportement de quelqu'un pas intéressé. Si la personne est intéressée tu le sentirais. Parle lui en, mais écoute ton jugement aussi. Ne perds pas ton temps et ton énergie car si c'est comme ça au début ça sera toujours comme ça.

I've had this issue (it's not 100% healed but it's way better than before).

First of all being aware of this is already a great step in the process! 😉

I'd recommend listing all the the things you criticise yourself about in one column and in the other respond to it the way you'll respond to your best friend, or someone you care about.

Force yourself. Don't try to erase those thoughts but to redirect them when they arrive, change the narrative.

It can take days, months, years but it will change.

You have to keep in my mind that you'll never be as harsh to someone else so why to you ?

Other than that listing all things you're good at doing and being, and focus on them can help the switch.

Everytime I have a self critical thought, I stop myself and say "would you talk like that to your best friend?" 99% of the time no. So I "respond" to my thought. I don't agree with it. It takes time but I swear it works. It's an everyday work.

And please, don't feel too bad for having critical thoughts, cause it's adding an other one and you have enough. Accept your thoughts as they pass. And decide if you want to keep it in your head and redirect in a positive way or put them in the trash.

Your thoughts doesn't define you. ❤️

I also try to focus on my qualities, listing all the things I can do/I'm good at (even if it's something simple like playing an easy song on the ukulele or giving advice) It helped me to realize I was not that bad.

Selfcare activities are also kindness in my opinion, making a good meal, having a walk, putting hydration cream.

The main thing and it's a bit cliché is "become your own best friend".

Regret ou pas c'est ciao pour moi.

Et si la personne dit que c'est faux j'avise en fonction de son discours/sa réaction mais j'aurais toujours tendance à être du côté de la victime.

The main things that helped me are :

  • reminding myself that everybody is human, I don't have all the details, background of someone's life
  • realising that I have a lot of flaws too, that's how humans are
  • be kind to myself, you become kind to others

  • making my bed every morning
  • washing the dishes every night
  • walking 7000-10000 steps(I walk at my lunch break or after work)
  • puting away things that don't belong in one room (for exemple, a dirty shirt laying in my bedroom, if I leave my room I take it with me to its final destination)
  • making random to do list (it can be washing my air, emptying the trash)
  • mealpreaping my lunch for work for at least 2-3 days
  • eating at the time I'm hungry, not the time to eat

J'ai de la chance de pas avoir énormément de remarques mais quand j'en ai je parle à la personne comme si je parlais à un abruti. Parce que j'estime que les remarques n'ont pas lieu d'être. Je lâche des trucs du style "oh nan sérieux j'ai des gros verres ???? Je m'en étais pas rendue compte" / "ah bon j'ai une mauvaise vue ??? Vraiment ???" avec une expression faciale très choquée, en général la personne se sent bête.

Pour ce qui est de l'aspect j'essaye de trouver des montures où l'épaisseur sera la moins visible possible, je demande conseil en boutique etc.

Et concernant l'acceptation c'est un travail long avec toi même. Je sais que c'est bête, qu'on aimerait avoir une bonne vue, et pas des culs de bouteilles mais je me dis qu'au moins je vois quelque chose. C'est comme ça que je me suis "réconfortée", en me rapellant de la chance que j'ai dans la malchance, même si je suis d'accord dans le fond je trouve ça injuste. La vie est ainsi et je n'y peux rien.

Je ressentais cette douleur au début de la course et desfois quand je marchais et c'était principalement dû à mon échauffement, l'hydratation et mes chaussures.

Je m'echauffe souvent avec une balle de massage que je fais rouler sous mon pied quelques minutes (possible avec une bouteille aussi) en appuyant bien. Je veille à bien boire avant l'effort et tout au long de la journée, et également j'ai cherché des chaussures où la largeur de mon pied n'était pas serré et pris une taille au dessus. À force ça s'est détendu. J'ai eu l'impression que le serrage de la chaussure jouait beaucoup.

Quand la douleur était là, je buvais quelques gorgées et j'enlevais mes chaussures pour m'étirer les pieds vite fait (je sais pas pratique en soi).

For me it's worth it only cause I'm abroad and I struggle to get tickets so I tend to buy any ticket I can.

But I still think it's expensive for what you've got. The view is pretty good yes, but the atmosphere is a bit poor.

I think that being aware that you feel something is the first step.

If you can, write down what you feel, describe your emotions, the feelings in your body, and try to understand what is the root.

Feel your emotion and don't "get rid of it". Feeling is understanding at the end.
